After cleansing, while the skin is still moist from rinsing, pump a drop of radiant under-eye treatment onto the applicator. Lightly dab three dots of dark circle eye cream above and below each eye. Using the applicator, massage cream around the eyes.

You can repeat this process several times a day, preferably in the morning and at night.
