For orders placed after the same day shipping window, shipments will be delayed one day. Orders shipped via “Standard Shipping” can be expected to be delivered within about 5-8 business days, on average. This time frame will depend on your specific location. Orders shipped via “Expedited Shipping” can be expected to be delivered within about 3-5 business days, on average. This time frame will depend on your specific location. Orders placed before the same-day shipping cut off and shipped via “Next Day Shipping” can be expected to be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be shipped on the following business day, and expected to arrive one business day later. Business days do not include weekends of holidays. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of placement, not including weekends. For example, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the end of the day on Tuesday.

We do our best to keep our website updated with out of stock notifications, but if for some reason an item on an order you placed turns out to be out of stock, we will notify you of the back order via email within one business day. Please ensure emails from DermSilk will go into your inbox, and not be filtered into your promotions or junk mail folders.

Any shipment refused by the customer will be charged a non-delivery fee to the original form of payment used for the order. This fee will vary depending on the customer’s location and includes shipping fees. This fee will be deducted from any return or store credit, if applicable.
